On September 18, 2014, Professor Dr. Katsumi Takano, President, Tokyo University of Agriculture, also known as Tokyo NODAI within Japan and “NODAI” overseas, and his associates paid a visit to the main campus of Kasetsart University in Bangkok to have a discussion with administrators as well as academic staff, and to strengthen amicable ties between both universities since this year, Tokyo NODAI and Kasetsart University celebrate their 25^th anniversary of cooperation. On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Sombat Chinawong, Vice President for Kamphaeng Saen extended the warmth and hospitality to them on behalf of the President, Associate Professor Vudtechai Kapilakanchana. Another purpose of the visit of the President of Tokyo NODAI was to participate in the opening ceremony of the “14^th International Students Summit” co-hosted by Tokyo NODAI and Kasetsart University during November 18 – 21, 2014, at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus.
