On 14 March 2017, Dr. Umi Kalsum binti Zolkafli, along with a group of 41 students from the Department of Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia paid a study visit to Kasetsart University for knowledge exchange in the Floating Development program. The program aims to provide students with the experience and knowledge of integrating technology in the construction of floating structures and promoting the adoption of eco-friendly urban planning.

      UM Students were greeted and welcomed by the faculty management of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering, as well as attended to the lecture classes and asked questions on related issues.
