Food Collaboration with Jeonju University, South Korea
On 14 December 2016, at meeting room 9 of the Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center, Kasetsart University, Mr. Lee, Hyuk Joo, Chief and Mr. Park, Jong Sung, Manager, Office of International Affairs from Jeonju University in South Korea met with Dr. Chongrak WACHARINRAT, Acting President, together with the university administrators and faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities, Kasetsart University to discuss a collaboration in organizing the Food Festival, which is a collaboration of four countries, including South Korea, China, Japan and Thailand.
“Food” is a branch of both institutions are mutually interested. For Kasetsart University, the cooperation will be extended to the relevant authorities such as the Institute of Food Research and Product Development, the department of Home Economics, Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Agro-Industry and etc. to jointly develop research, promote academic mobility in exchange of students and academic staff.
