On 16 September 2016 at Conference Room 9, Kasetsart Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center,   Kasetsart University, Assistant Professor Dr. Buncha Chinnasri, Acting Assistant to the President and a Chairman of the Conference presided over the opening ceremony of Asia Higher Education Research Partnerships (APHERP) on the topic “Higher Education in the Asia Pacific : A Human Right?” The conference was hosted by Kasetsart University from September 16 through 17, 2016.  The contents contained of paper presentation and group discussion and summary. The participants were included the scholars from Thailand and foreign nations joining from several of eight higher educational institutions.
