Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University in cooperation with the Food Security Center (FSC) at the University of Hohenheim, Germany organized the short course training in food metabolism:  part of 01052543 Nutrition in Food Science by Professor Dr. Soon-mi Shim, Sejong University, South Korea. Students participated in field trips and lectures. The full program took place on September 12-16, 2016 at room 2204, the Faculty of Agro-Industry at Kasetsart University.
