On Friday 15 September 2017 from 10.00 am – 12.00 am, at Conference Room 9 on the 2nd floor of the Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center at Kasetsart University, Associate Professor Sornprach THANISAWANYANGKURA, PhD. Acting Vice President for Planning, Kasetsart University; honorably presided over the opening ceremony and welcomed the lecturers, researchers and interested participants to a special lecture on “Fellowship and Mobility Programs,” given by Dr. Stéphane Roy, Attaché for Scientific and Higher Education Cooperation, French Embassy in Thailand. The purpose of the lecture “Fellowship and Mobility Programs” is to promote higher education and scientific cooperation between France and Thailand; to provide incentives for high quality academic and scientific exchanges; and to develop long term partnership between Thailand and French research organizations and universities.
